Description: 

The Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County, Kansas, will receive bids for the Douglas County Courthouse, “Exterior Stone Masonry Restoration – Phase 2” project. Work includes exterior stone masonry restoration, building downspout rehabilitation, concrete sidewalk replacement and associated site grading, and turf/grass installation (plantings and irrigation system by Owner). Construction Documents, including Drawings and Project Manual, are available beginning June 26, 2024. Bids will be received July 30, 2024, 2:00 P.M CDT.
The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All work must comply with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
