Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting proposals for on-call furniture vendors (Office, Library, Ergonomic) for a variety of projects that range in scope and size. The contract period for the on-call vendor is for a two (2) year period, August 1st, 2023 through August 31st, 2025.

Each Manufacturer or Dealer must be authorized to conduct business in the State of Kansas and possess the experience and personnel resources to provide the products and services described in this Contract. Douglas County retains the right to request additional information pertaining to the Vendor’s ability and qualifications to accomplish all services described in this Contract as deemed necessary during the contract award period.

Only responses submitted by product Manufacturers or Dealers will be considered for evaluation.  Manufacturers/Dealers must have the capability to provide products and services in accordance with this contract document.
