Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting proposals for on-call general construction services that may include work on County owned or leased facilities. Douglas County Kansas will have ongoing projects at varying County facilities and will occasionally be in need of additional manpower. This contract will effectively have an immediate source of labor in place for the County to use on an as-needed basis. Tasks will be assigned and supervised by Douglas County staff. |
