Description: 

The Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County, Kansas, will receive bids for the Douglas County Courthouse, “Foundation Waterproofing & Drainage Leader System” project. Work includes exterior foundation waterproofing and construction of a sub-grade drainage leader system that collects foundation drains and downspouts from roof drains. Construction Documents, including Drawings and Project Manual, are available beginning Monday, April 17, 2023. Bids will be received Tuesday, May 23, 2023 2:00 P.M CDT.

The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All work must comply with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
