Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting proposals from qualified construction vendors for the installation of a pre-engineered building for the Fairgrounds Maintenance Building at 19th and Harper in Lawrence, Kansas. Contractor will be responsible for all cost required to complete the work described in the specifications and drawings. All work shall be performed in accordance with the current local codes, rules, and regulations. All material and equipment shall be new. Demo, used, or remanufactured models are not acceptable. Proposed prices must include labor, materials, tools, equipment, delivery, removal and disposal of existing unit, and other cost necessary for a turnkey installation. Manufactures warranty shall be included as an attachment to the bid. |
