Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide, implement, and support a modern, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that meets, or exceeds, the requirements identified in this RFP. The system will replace the current legacy applications used for financial management, human resources, payroll, procurement, and other administrative functions.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a comprehensive solution that improves operational efficiency, enhances data accuracy, supports regulatory compliance, and offers long-term scalability for government operations. The County requires that any proposal for an ERP also include all professional services necessary to implement the system. Proposers offering hosted services or software as a service (SaaS) systems are encouraged to respond.
