Douglas County, Kansas (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Governmental Affairs Representatives (also referred to as “Contractor” or “Bidder”) to provide information, support, and reporting of issues and opportunities between Douglas County and the State of Kansas Legislature, as detailed in Specifications. Bidder must demonstrate the ability to perform the work described in the Specifications section of this RFP and have proven and successful experience to perform the outlined work with a high level of excellence.
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a method of selection of such a Contractor and serves as the basis for negotiating an agreement to perform such services.
