Douglas County Project 2023-06 consists of Milling, HMA-Commercial Grade Patching, 1.5” & 2” HMA-Surfacing, Aggregate Shouldering, Monument Boxes, and Traffic Control. Douglas County Project 2023-06 is located on Route 438 (E885 to E1200 Roads) and Route 1029 (N2080 (7th St) to the Lecompton River Bridge). Included is an Add-Alternate bid for Milling (2” Nominal), Patching, Surfacing, and Aggregate Shouldering. The Add-Alternate bid is on E1200 RD from N1770 (Concrete Bridge Approach) to N1800 RD. A contract will be awarded to one bidder. The anticipated “Notice to Proceed” is July 10, 2023. The late “Notice to Proceed” is September 25, 2023. The work is to be completed in 35 working days. An additional 6 working days will be added to the contract if the Add-Alternate bid is accepted. |
