Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced office equipment companies to provide leasing of new multi-function copier/scanner/printer devices (MFD), black and white and color, as outlined in Specifications of this RFP. In addition to the necessary hardware, Douglas County is also expecting a services contract that provides maintenance for the MFD. Company must demonstrate the ability to perform the work described in the Specifications section of this RFP and have proven, successful experience to perform the outlined work at a high level of excellence.
Services to be performed include replacement of current MFD fleet, maintenance, and servicing of new MFDs, technical equipment and software support services, support of existing management software to meet the needs as described in the Specifications. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a method of selection of such a Company and the basis for negotiating an agreement to perform such services. Term of agreement may be thirty-six (36), forty-eight (48) or sixty (60) months.
